Mini Scrapbooks

For over a year now I have been 'following' Laura over at Follow the Paper Trail.
She does wonderful tutorials on making mini scrapbooks. My books are similar, but not exactly like those she creates and sells patterns and kits for. I loved the challenge and the creativity, so I used papers and embellishment I had in stock, and even ReCycled cereal boxes for chip board covers.

The thing I like about Laura is that she doesn't make excuses for her talent. She is a trained architect, but got into making quilts and patterns. She then fell in love with paper and pretty much tries to make things without a lot of tools. However, in the ever expanding paper craft world, it's getting harder and harder NOT to buy every punch, ribbon, die cut, glue, beautiful paper and doodad. She is not affiliated with one paper craft company. These are mini scrap books.... so that means on average, the size is 6"H x 8"W, or variations of that. They are mini, but can hold a lot of real estate, according to Laura. Lots of pockets for pull out tags, tabs, photo mats etc. These type of mini books are great for a specific event, not a life time of photos.

Most books come with a matching creative greeting card. All cards are blank inside so that you can match the book to the occasion. Books are colorful and have tons of ribbon, fiber, buttons, brads, punched up flowers.... all are different, no two are a like.

Books start at $15.00 and go up to $30. If you liked something, I could personalize it for a small fee, or I can even make special themed mini scrapbooks. An added cost of course would be USPS shipping and handling charges.

These make a great gift to give someone who likes homemade things (Made in America!!), someone who is hard to shop for, or maybe just because you like my work!!
